Account Termination Policy

Account Deletion: Users have the right to terminate their JNN LINE account at any time. To request account deletion, please contact our support team at it.team1@indopasifik.id or use the account deletion feature available in the JNN LINE application settings.

Data Retention After Deletion: Upon successful account deletion:

• Your personal information will be removed from our active systems within 7 business days.
• Certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or internal business purposes in accordance with applicable laws.
• Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained for statistical and product improvement purposes.

Reactivation: Once an account is deleted, it cannot be reactivated, and all associated data will be permanently removed as described above.
